Gaming and fun for sale at lottery terminal.

Mineola, New York, October 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Kenilworth Systems Corporation ("Kenilworth") (OTC Bulletin Board: KENS) is announcing that Lottery players that subscribe to digital satellite and cable programs will soon be able to buy an "admission ticket", for a night of fun and games, from their local lottery agents for "Bet As You Watch Casino" television simulcast broadcasts of live in-progress casino table game action. The program will include casino entertainment and commentators (much like commentators of sporting events) in order to assist players with the rules and strategies of the games.

By exclusively licensing lotteries and their operators for the cash deposits required for wagering on the programs, it will absolutely and simply prevent the under aged from participating in the casino action. Lottery Terminal Operators must observe the minimum age laws under criminal penalty. By monitoring all wagering action, the system is able to identify compulsive gamblers and limit or shut down their obsessive gambling habits.

State lotteries will welcome the additional revenue from the casino wagering programs.

Herbert Lindo, Chairman, noted that the Company had been granted a U.S. Patent for the interactive television wagering system in June 2003, which Patent has also been filed in thirty-eight (38) countries including China and Russia. The Patent is for a microprocessor to be incorporated in the TV Set Top Box used by the viewer to receive the digital satellite broadcasts. The microprocessor will manage the wagers. A Patent for the method to incorporate lottery terminals into the system is pending. He pointed out that the system does not make use of the Internet for wagering, which is considered by the Justice Department a violation of the U.S. 1961 Wire Act.

He further stated the Company is presently actively exploring casino broadcast sites in the Asian market, which has twice as many digital satellite subscribers than the U.S. and U.K. combined.
