Vic: Man treated for smoke inhalation after factory fire

A Melbourne man's in hospital after being caught in a blaze that caused $150,000 worth
of damage at a factory in Melbourne's south east.

The fire broke out in the Dees Freeze Refrigeration and Air Conditioning factory in
Boundary Road in Mordialloc around 2 am (AEDT).

Twelve fire trucks and 32 firefighters arrived to find the building fully ablaze.

A man who'd been inside when the fire broke out was treated for smoke inhalation and
taken to hospital.

The cause of the fire is not thought to be suspicious.
