-Opera Software signs platform deal with Appia.

8 March 2011 - Norwegian web browser developer Opera Software ASA (OSL:OPERA) said late Monday that Appia Inc will provide a white-label content and commerce platform across the installed base of Opera Mobile and Opera Mini browsers.

The revenue-share agreement runs for three years.

Appia, recently renamed from PocketGear, powers app storefronts for more than 40 partners, reaching over 200m mobile subscribers in 200 countries.
