VIC: Man accused of stabbing police dog also stabbed

MELBOURNE, Jan 12 AAP - A man facing charges over stabbing a police dog, was stabbed in his
Melbourne home last night.

The 48-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach in an incident at the house in Nelson Place,
in bayside Williamstown about 7pm (AEDT).

Police said a 76-year-old man was expected to be charged on summons over the stabbing.
